Mike Holland, FRICS, is an industry leader who has been at the forefront of professional real estate services in South Asia for over a decade. He has 25 years of international experience in commercial real estate in Asia, Europe and the USA. Since 2007, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Assetz Property Group, focused on driving the growth of the company across diverse sectors including office, retail, hotel and residential. Mike is on the Board of Director for a number of companies in the real estate domain and is a member of the Investment Committee for Prudential ICICI India Real Estate Fund as well as holding the position of Learning Chair for Corenet Global India Chapter. He is also a member of the RICS India External Affairs Board. Prior to Assetz, Mike has worked in senior positions in Asia Pacific with Microsoft Corporation and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mr. Nidup Dorji is a Director of TTPL and Chief Executive Officer of Bhutan Telecom Limited (BTL). An alumnus of the prestigious Oxford University, UK, he took over as the CEO of BTL in 2011 after an illustrious career spanning 20 years in the civil service and academia. Prior to joining BTL, he was the Director of College of Science and Technology, the Royal University of Bhutan.

Karma Sonam Dorji

Karma Sonam Dorji, Senior Analyst in DHI, Under Department of Investments. Responsible for Private Sector Development projects and Coordinator for all Japanese investments. Also assigned as a Board Director for Thimphu TechPark Ltd. (TTPL). Ms. Dorji worked in the government for 10 years, before joining DHI, as a Senior Trade Officer heading the Export Promotion and as Project Manager for EC-Bhutan Trade Capacity Development. Was a Task Force Member involved in formulation of the Economic Development Policy of Bhutan and Committee Member for Foreign Direct Investment Review Committee and Industrial Project Appraisal Committee. Also Looked after the Bilateral and Regional Trading Arrangements (India, Bangladesh, Nepal, SAPTA/SAFTA and BIMSTEC). Was also a key Member of the Negotiating Team for Bhutan�s accession to the WTO when the process was in progress. She has an MBA in International Business and Management from Hanzehogeschool, University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, The Nethelands. BA in International Business Administration from Reitaku University, Japan. Also trained in Trade Promotion Strategies at the International Trade Institute, Singapore, WTO Trade Policy at the World Trade Organization Training Institute in Geneva, Switzerland and Multilateral Trading System for Asian Developing Economies at UNESCAP, Bangkok, Thailand.

Her expertise lies in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation by incorporating modern management tools. Also, she has worked with Fox Mandal Legal Circle one of the leading law firms in India on Innovations and Patents. Since 2009, she is based in Bhutan and has been advising the Intellectual Property Division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Royal Government of Bhutan on Intellectual Property Rights, Patent Law, capacity building and organizational development.

Tshering Cigay Dorji, Chief Operating Officer, has a PhD in Computer Engineering from Tokushima University, Japan. And First Class Honours Bachelors Degree in electrical engineering from Wollongong University, Australia. Experience with Bhutan Telecom as Head of Billing & International Affairs. Awarded �International exchange research award� for his PhD, he has published research papers in well-ranked peer-reviewed international journals. He was the Head of Billing & International Affairs at BTL before taking over as the Chief Operating Officer of TTPL in early 2012.

Sonam Choden, Office Manager for TTPL & BITC, graduated with Bachelors in Computer Application in India and subsequently as Bureau Manager in the Bhutan Times. Her strengths in marketing and public relations as well as the administration works of are applied at TTPL to ensure smooth day to day operations as well as local and international awareness of the project is enhanced and maintained.

Prior to his tenure with TTP, he has worked with THPA (Tala Hydroelectricity Project Authority), eDruk IT consultancy and Bhutan National Bank.
